Support Information Tracker, the project that OSU HelpDesk Knowledgebase is based on, is compatible with any Linux/UNIX/FreeBSD based system with the correct server tools installed: Apache, PHP, and MySQL. For more information on the installation process, see the SITR Documentation Page.
