New Ticket Tracking for

Document Actions
To better track our systems support requests, we have implemented a ticket tracking system (RT by Best Practical). This will allow us to track and refer to threads of correspondance better than before. If you have a support request, please email support @ For major issues that are brought up in our irc channel (#osuosl on, we may open a ticket for you until your issue is seen through it's completion.
